- Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure that all biomass process, biogas production & methane purification including safety goals are met as per daily targets.
- Understanding Bio-CNG/Bio-gas production methodology & different type of biomass handling and its feeding process
- Thorough understanding of Identification, troubleshooting and repair activities mechanical, pneumatic and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment's
- Ensure execution of maintenance plan for all the machines as per SM,PM
- Understand and enforce protected work practices related to the following: respiratory protection, elevated work platforms, fall protection, control of hazardous energy (Lockout/Tagout procedure), fire protection systems, electrical safety, forklift/hoist operation, welding, cutting, brazing, confined space entry, PPE and employee Right to Know
- Coordination with Local Labour team and Safety audit team.
- Manage critical machines and resource planning for Plant spare parts,
- Follow up with purchase department for timely delivery of plant short/long lead items
- Support on safety issues (explosive and hazardous gas, work safety,



personal protective equipment)
- Implementation of MIS, protocols for daily, weekly and monthly data.
- Accountable for Daily processing and production volume
- Responsible for daily Straw processing target
- Responsible for Gas purification and processing including gas cascades
- Oversee the daily Monitoring and capturing data of all utility, auxiliary systems
- Coordination of humus, manure, compost collection and transportation to Client
- Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as IMS, TPM, KAIZEN and Business Excellence for department
- Preparation of energy and mass balances
- Knowledge of PLC/DCS Trouble shooting & problem solving
- Development and realization of further progress for optimization of the plants performance
- Coordinate and provide feedback to Management for planning and monitoring of plant activities
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all levels and good housekeeping levels are maintained.
