Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery, and systems during assigned shifts to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues with production lines, conveyors, robots, and other automated systems to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities, including electrical panels, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, etc., to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to quality control, environmental health & safety (EHS).
