Role & responsibilities

- Onboard current customers by coordinating data integration, system configuration, and user training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, operations, and customer success to enhance EDGE Live features and functionality.
- Ensure smooth data capture, accuracy, and validation from various plant sources and interfaces.
- Customize dashboards and reports to suit customer-specific KPIs (e.g., heat rate, APC, unit load efficiency).
- Interface with customers during and after deployment to gather feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
- Provide technical insights using plant performance data and remote monitoring tools such as EXACT-SPACE, EBSILON, PADO, or similar platforms.
- Utilize Python to automate calculations, integrate data sources, and improve tool efficiency (preferred).





Preferred candidate profile

- Must have experience in power plant operation, Efficiency and performance monitoring.
- Familiar with AFBC, PF and WHR Technology.
- Python knowing will add advantage
- Should have experience in dealing with customer
- Manage & develop performance analytical tools that will be used to support plant business decisions for monitoring the heat rate & APC and capability of generating assets.
- Added advantage if having experience to analyse plant performance data by using advance remote monitoring software like EXACT-SPACE, EBSILON and PADO (STEAG Software) or any other software.
