- Solid expertise in Upwork.
- Practical experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or any other CRM, for effective lead management.
- Create competitive business strategies that align with company goals and targets. End-to-end.
- Expertise in writing business proposals.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and provide tailored solutions and quotations.
- Technically sound enough to handle client queries and offer solutions.
- Should be an expert in areas such as mobile apps, web development, digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, Shopify, HubSpot sales, etc.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop and execute client-focused solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Educational Skills and QualificationsExpertise in writing business proposals.
- Education qualification can be BE / B Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA.




- At least 2+ years of experience, with prior Sales / BDE / BDM experience in a software development company (e-commerce web).
- Must have 3+ years of experience with major eCommerce projects (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) or CMS platforms.
- Must have experience with Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Fiverr bidding portals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Must have knowledge of lead generation and closure.
- Must have experience with client communication and team handling.
- Project management skills.
