- Business Excellence: Ensure the reliability of all Electrical Instrumentation equipment in the captive power plant through maintenance, CAPEX project oversight, and the formulation and monitoring of standard practices across all areas.
- Cost: Partner in planning, budgeting, and implementing Electrical Instrumentation upgrades and maintenance. Drive cost savings through low-cost power imports, process improvements, and vendor development to reduce rework and ensure timely delivery.
- Cash: Collaborate on cost projections, optimize working capital, prevent power outages through proactive maintenance, reduce maintenance costs with internal resources, and ensure optimal power factor to enhance profitability and incentives.
- Customer: Ensure productive breakdown maintenance, critical spare management, vendor collaboration, seamless data sharing, and quick response times to support internal customers.




- Sustainability Compliance:Lead energy-saving initiatives and ensure statutory compliance.
- Implement sustainable practices and digitization projects.
- Maintain environmental and safety certifications.
- Optimize power consumption and support green initiatives.
