Job Title: Senior AI Applications Engineer

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat 390012 / Mohali, Punjab 160071

Work Arrangement: This position is onsite. Candidates must be available for client meetings, technical working sessions, deployments, and occasional production-support activities.

Role Description The Senior AI Applications Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and solutions. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into scalable machine learning and AI system architectures. The engineer will build, test, and optimize models, integrate AI components into existing platforms, and ensure robust performance, security, and reliability in production environments. Day-to-day work includes data exploration, model experimentation, code reviews, documentation of technical designs, and ongoing monitoring and improvement of AI applications. The role also includes mentoring less experienced engineers, contributing to best practices, and staying current with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in AI/ML engineering and application development, including experience designing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
- Proficiency with contemporary programming languages commonly used for AI (for example,



Python, Java, or similar) and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
- Experience with data engineering and data pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed computing (for example, AWS, Azure, or GCP) for building and scaling AI applications.
- Background in software engineering best practices, including version control, CI/CD, testing, code review, and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI projects or initiatives and mentoring other engineers or data scientists.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in IT consulting, professional services, or workforce solutions environments is a plus.
