The Human Loops is a Physical AI operations company supporting global AI and robotics organizations through data collection, annotation, teleoperation, validation, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) operations. We manage all operations in-house, giving us complete control over quality, execution, and delivery while building teams that support cutting-edge AI projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage hiring for Operations, Field Teams, Corporate Functions, and other business roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple positions, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Field Supervisors, Team Leads, Managers, Associates, Interns, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and local hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the complete interview process.




- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Prepare offer letters, coordinate onboarding, and maintain joining documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure all hiring activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Support employer branding and recruitment drives when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Experience in volume hiring or operations hiring is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
