About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Social Media Trainer to deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on social media marketing. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students practical skills, industry best practices, and the latest digital marketing trends while preparing them for successful careers in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on Social Media Marketing.
- Train students on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging social media channels.
- Teach social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, branding, and community management.
- Conduct practical sessions on Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, AI-powered content creation tools, and scheduling platforms.
- Explain both organic and paid social media marketing concepts.
- Guide students in creating social media campaigns, content calendars, and performance reports.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Mentor students on portfolio development and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and AI tools.
- Maintain training documentation, attendance, and student progress reports.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn advertising.
- Knowledge of content marketing, influencer marketing, and community building.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, ChatGPT, and other AI content creation tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing or Social Media certifications are preferred.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is an advantage.
