Qualifications: Preferably IT Engineer with relevant exposure in IT field. Technological sound, understanding of emerging Technologies and ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics. Proficient in IT infrastructure and IT Project Management.

Job Objective:

You shall play a pivotal role in driving the organization's technology strategy, ensuring seamless IT operations, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation. Your primary role shall be to oversee the entire process of deploying an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, from initial planning to post-implementation support. Key responsibilities include managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams, ensuring the system aligns with business needs, leading change management efforts and further involve collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, configuring and testing the software, migrating data, and training end-users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic





- Develop and execute the organization's technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, anticipating future technology trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to define technology priorities, allocate resources, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead the assessment and selection of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.
- Establish cybersecurity strategies and protocols to safeguard sensitive information and mitigate IT risks.

Operational

- Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including network management, system administration, software deployment, and user support.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure, applications, and data.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a secure and compliant technology workplace.
- Monitor and report on key IT performance metrics, service levels, and system uptime.

People

- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and provide strategic guidance on IT solutions.
- Drive talent acquisition and retention efforts to attract and retain top IT talent.

Process

- Streamline IT processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure IT system resilience.
- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope, and on budget.
- Conduct regular technology assessments to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
