Position Summary

- We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Functional Consultant with 6+ years of expertise in business process analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions. The consultant will be responsible for driving collections and dispute management processes, translating business requirements into SAP solutions, configuring FSCM functionality, and supporting Fiori application deployment in accordance with enterprise security and governance standards.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of Accounts Receivable and Credit-to-Cash processes, and proven experience delivering FSCM solutions in complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Mapping & Solution Design

- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Map current-state and future-state collections and dispute management processes.
- Design FSCM solutions aligned with business objectives, operational controls, and compliance requirements.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and solution design artifacts.

SAP Collections Management

- Configure and optimize Collections Management processes within SAP FSCM.
- Design and maintain configurable collection strategies, customer segmentation rules, and prioritization logic.
- Configure collection profiles, collection groups, collection specialists, and collection rules.

Promise-to-Pay Management

- Configure and support customer payment commitment tracking processes.
- Enable automated monitoring and follow-up activities for promises-to-pay.
- Design controls to identify broken promises and trigger escalation workflows.





SAP Dispute Management

- Configure dispute case management processes including dispute creation, categorization, and resolution workflows.
- Design integration points between dispute management and Accounts Receivable processes.

SAP Fiori Enablement

- Activate and configure standard FSCM Fiori applications.
- Define and support business roles, catalogs, groups, and authorization concepts.
- Collaborate with security teams to align access controls with program governance standards.
- Support deployment and testing of FSCM-related Fiori applications.
- Ensure alignment with organizational reporting and analytics requirements.

Testing & Deployment

- Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
- Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and defect resolution plans.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, and production deployment activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and hypercare assistance.
- Facilitate business user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to FSCM solution governance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of SAP FSCM functional consulting experience.
- Solid experience in:
- SAP FSCM Collections Management
- SAP FSCM Dispute Management
- Accounts Receivable and Credit-to-Cash processes
- Business process mapping and workshop facilitation
- Functional configuration and solution design
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications, roles, catalogs, and security concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with S/4HANA FSCM implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP Credit Management integration.
- Experience integrating FSCM with FI-AR, SD, and Treasury processes.
- Familiarity with workflow configuration and business process automation.
- SAP FSCM or S/4HANA certification preferred.
