We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel and be capable of preparing reports and dashboards to support business decisions. A basic understanding of Power BI will be considered an added advantage. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for accuracy, and thrives in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business requirements.
- Create and update interactive dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).
- Coordinate with different teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely insights.
- Assist in the automation of reports using Excel formulas/macros.
- Support the implementation and adoption of Power BI dashboards (basic level).
- Track performance metrics, operational KPIs, and generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity,



and availability of data at all times.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Science/Computer preferred).
- 25 years of proven experience in MIS or data reporting roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Data Validation, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Female candidates preferred.
- Energetic and self-motivated individual with a learning mindset.
- Experience in preparing management-level reports and presentations is a plus.
