We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Java Architect with a minimum of 15 years of Java development expertise, including Java Spring Boot microservices and SQL. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural skills, a proven track record of successfully architecting solutions, conducting proof of concepts (POCs), and mentoring development teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire platform, dataflows, workflows, and exceptional communication skills to mentor and guide our technology teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Architecture: Design and architect robust solutions using Java Spring Boot microservices and SQL that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Proof of Concepts (POCs): Lead and conduct POCs in your area of expertise to evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Comprehensive Platform Understanding: Possess a profound understanding of the entire technology platform, including dataflows, workflows, and integration points, ensuring holistic and efficient solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our development teams, setting and enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Hands-On Development: Actively participate in hands-on development, contributing to coding and problem-solving, and ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
- Effective Communication:



Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentorship and Assistance: Mentor and assist team members in technology-related matters, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Code Quality Assurance: Ensure that code produced by the team adheres to high-quality standards, is maintainable, and meets performance requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to gather requirements and deliver exceptional software solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in Java development with Java Spring Boot microservices and SQL.
- Proven expertise in architecting complex software solutions.
- Track record of successfully conducting POCs and adopting recent technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of the entire platform, including dataflows, workflows, and integration points.
- Exceptional mentoring and technical leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience Level:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Java development and architecture.
