Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
- Train, motivate, and mentor advisors to improve productivity.
- Drive life insurance sales through the agency channel.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor advisors performance and provide regular coaching.
- Generate business through field activities and customer meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support advisors in closing high-value insurance cases.
