Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation. The Automation Tester will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
- Analyze test results and report defects to the development team.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks and scripts.




- Participate in test planning and strategy discussions, providing input based on automation capabilities.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-6 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or TestComplete.
- Robust programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
