What You ll do at ather:

- SPOC for the Component Quality issues at Factory.
- Support to Factory team for Containment Actions to support the SPR (Straight Pass Ratio) for Vehicle plant Battery Plant.
- SPOC for Suppliers / Suppliers QRE to define the Problem quantum of the failure.
- Keeping track of all Containment actions / ICAs closure.
- FTRs for the CAPA parts at Factory effectiveness monitoring.
- Establishing RCA (Root Cause Anaysis) with MQA (Manufacturing Quality)
- Work hand in hand with IQC, IPQC, MQA Logistics teams for sustenance of Component Quality.
- Impact analysis for Change Requests.

Here s What we Are Looking for:

- Knowledge on Component s manufacturing processes and Quality, preferably for automotive projects.
- Expertise in 8D, 7QC tools, DMAIC, PPAP, and APQP
- Robust communication skills and analytical skills.

You Bring to Ather:

- B.E or equivalent with Specialization in Automobile / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical
- 59 years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality / Manufacturing Quality
- Basic knowledge of commodities like Casting / Machining/Plastics / Fabrication Electricals Electronics parts.
