Exide Energy Solutions Ltd is setting up Indias first Giga plant to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells in Bengaluru. Exide Energy designs, develops and manufactures Lithium Ion Cells and Battery Pack solutions for various energy storage applications across Automotive and Industrial sectors.

Purpose: To provide exemplary leadership to ensure that Civil work of Hyundai Projects are completed (from concept to commissioning) within target timeline, quality compliances and budget.

Job Description:

- Should have thorough Experience of Working in Industrial Projects, Chemical Plants, PEB structures.
- Subject matter expert in the area of construction of Civil works
- Exposure to heavy industrial foundation . Proficiency in Quantity surveying, Estimation, project billing and bar bending schedule, on-field management and regulatory approvals.
- Should have hands on experience on both Projects and O&M.;
- Preparation of design data, data basis, design calculations & design instructions for upcoming Projects
- Preparation of Estimation, BOQ, costing for bidding purpose of Projects
- Execution of the Works in accordance to drawings & specifications.
- Finalization of Technical specifications for various civil works& PEB Structures,



person concerned should have thorough experience working in PEB Structures
- Technical recommendation regarding civil Works, PEBS, construction partners, appropriate construction methodology.
- Meeting contractual conditions of performance & work progress in terms of scope, cost & schedule variance
- Assist in preparation of approval notes for Civil Industrial/PEB related projects.
- Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site.
- Should lead by example, thorough team player and capable of taking challenging targets. Should have strategic outlook to devise and execute strategies as per circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to give and receive feedback in time and more importantly act upon it. Should be open to constructive criticism.
