Roles & Responsibilities:

- Presales Support: Work closely with GBPO teams and LOBs to fulfill presales requirements and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries via email, providing accurate and detailed information about GBPO products and services.
- Problem-Solving & Escalation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Performance Tracking: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs)



and consistently measure programs and deliverables.
- Communication & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and executives, ensuring a superior presales experience.
