The Data Management & Insights [DMI] team is responsible for making client data accessible to stakeholders by systematically acquiring and ingesting it. The team also utilizes advanced analytics techniques to generate valuable insights for L&H; Reinsurance.

Since the entire team is in Bangalore, we are looking for this candidate to be in Bangalore for the best experience.

Main tasks/activities/responsibilities:

In this role you will have the following key business responsibilities:

- Design, map, code, and test onboarding of client datasets
- Perform data quality checks during data ingestion to ensure that end users can use the client data with minimal downstream enrichments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize business processes




- Analyze and determine best path for solving business opportunities/issues which may include process improvements, application/system enhancements and/or end-user training
- Conduct data analysis to answer specific business questions or to support new initiatives.

About You:

- Understanding of ETL processing, and data integration concepts
- Experience in SQL and Python coding
- Positive understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server etc.)
- Proven strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking
- Effective communication skills, and the ability to present complex data and insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely
