Responsibilities

- Assist customers in both Hindi and English to ensure clear communication.
- Provide support in translating documents and communications as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proficient in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
- Solid communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory.
