- Support translation of customer pain points and expectations into technical requirements and prepares plans to address them appropriately
- Work with the sales and pre-sales team to showcase the organizational capabilities in technology
- Provide recommendations/ suggestions to seamlessly deliver application engineering solutions in Sterlite Tech to increase effectiveness and efficiency of solutions
- Support the Technology Unit Head to visualize and implement new technology
- Identify and report technical roadblocks in implementation or adoption
- Stays abreast of the latest technological advances in his own field/sphere and initiates plans to implement the same at Sterlite
- Responsible for propagating a culture of good manufacturing practices, driving values of Sterlite along with continuous improvement
- Responsible for mentoring and coaching the reporting staff and other employees

Sr. DevOps - ActiveDirectory

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical expertise to an Operations team to manage the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of the Coupa Cloud
- Build upon the high standards of Coupa Cloud Operations through an automation-first philosophy, collective ownership, and continuous learning
- Develop strong relationships with Engineering, Performance, Support, and Success teams to improve the reliability, performance, availability, and security of the Coupa Cloud




- Administer Windows servers in a massive-scale public cloud environment
- Develop new automation and administration tools
- Deploy product releases and maintenance updates
- Evaluate, specify, implement, and support performance and availability monitoring tools
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required Requirements
- Will have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years of professional experience administering Windows servers
- Strong experience with PowerShell language and tool-making development
- Is an expert in the Microsoft stack including Active Directory, Windows Server, IIS
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Is experienced in Chef, Puppet, or other configuration management tools
- Experience with GitOps workflows and coding principles
- Has a solid understanding of networking systems and protocols
- Knowledge of massive-scale public or private cloud operations, automation, orchestration, and monitoring
- Extensive knowledge of Cloud/SaaS architecture using AWS and/or Azure platforms
- Will be confident in their ability to own and deliver projects and issues to resolution
- Is an excellent communicator
- Can think and act globally
- Has a passion for solving problems and a robust automation mindset
