Job Description

We are seeking a motivated SCM Projects Sub-Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will support the management of supply chain projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing supply chain projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of current supply chain initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or project management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
