- Coordinating and Evaluating, Team with daily Maintenance activities.
- Adhering KAIZEN CI Projects as per monthly projected targets.
- Responsible for managing plant engineering equipments utilities, spares consumable.
- Monitor the day-to-day functioning of all utilities for smooth functioning like diesel
- generator, Fire hydrant system, Safety related activities, plumbing, pipeline, A.C, etc.
- Prepare the usage plans for equipments,



spare parts consumables for department on daily
- basis.
- Current Project Development, Inclusive of Layout, Process Flow, Poke Yoke Implementation,
- Cycle Time Manpower Planning.
- Monitor and control consumption/provision of power, Diesel etc.
- Design and implement ways to conserve energy, power, water etc and undertake measure to
- reduce wasteful consumption. Identify and Initiate intervention for cost control.
- To Prepare and Maintain TS Audit Documents.
