- Architect develop robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and methodologies to ensure software quality at scale.
- Lead collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, and project managers) to define and execute quality assurance initiatives.
- Define Drive release planning by setting software readiness criteria and ensuring seamless production deployment.
- Improve Testing Efficiency by identifying pain points, providing technical guidance, and automating key workflows.
- Create Maintain test cases, test scripts, and regression suites across functional, performance, security, and NFR testing.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis for complex issues and work closely with the engineering team for resolutions.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends and incorporate best practices in QA, test automation, and DevOps-driven testing.
- Define Key Metrics for software quality, tracking test effectiveness, defect trends, and continuous improvement areas.

Basic Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in Software Development in Test (SDET).
- Hands-on experience in test automation, scripting, and no-code tool creation.
- Robust programming skills in Java,



Python, C++, Angular, React, or any modern OOP language.
- Proven experience in leading QA efforts for medium to large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, automation frameworks, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience in Analytics Automation, Performance Engineering, and open-source security tools (preferably ZAP).
- Experience working on scalable applications, multithreading environments, and MVC architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Patrol (Flutter-based automation), Appium, Espresso, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.
- Ability to define test plans, quality metrics, and test strategies at an enterprise scale.
- Strong collaboration skills with development and DevOps teams on automation and CI/CD integration.
- Experience working with external SDET teams to define test expectations and execution plans.
