Job Description:

We are looking for a Staffing Head with robust experience in managing and scaling staffing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in workforce planning, recruitment, and team leadership. This role requires someone who can strategically grow the staffing function, build and mentor a high-performing team, and drive hiring initiatives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow the staffing vertical, ensuring seamless workforce hiring and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to scale operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and staffing coordinators, driving performance and efficiency.
- Optimize staffing processes, tools, and databases to improve hiring outcomes.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, clients,



and vendors to enhance staffing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in all staffing activities.
- Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks to stay competitive in staffing solutions.

Key Requirements:

- 8-13 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management.
- Proven ability to scale staffing teams and improve hiring efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team-building experience.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition tools, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
- Experience in volume hiring and workforce planning is a plus.
