Role & Responsibilities:
As an NR (Non-Resident) Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. Your role will involve providing tailored financial solutions, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
1. Portfolio Management:
- Manage and enhance the portfolio of NRI clients by offering personalized banking and investment solutions.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess client needs and suggest appropriate financial products.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC norms, and risk management guidelines.
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development:
- Identify and acquire new NRI customers through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Develop strategies to grow the NRI customer base and expand market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to offer wealth management, insurance, and investment products.
1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management:
- Provide end-to-end banking solutions, including deposits, remittances, loans, and investment services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals and offering customized solutions.
- Address client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless banking experience.

Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales of banking and financial products such as fixed deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and forex services.
- Collaborate with product teams to introduce new offerings and enhance customer engagement.
- Achieve business targets related to revenue, customer retention, and portfolio growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: [Specify, e.g., 3-8 years] in NRI banking, wealth management, or relationship management.
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and investment instruments.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and revenue generation.
