Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support tax preparation and filing, ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws.
- Participate in audits by preparing documents, verifying records, and liaising with external auditors.
- Contribute to the maintenance of compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Perform general accounting duties, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Postgraduate in CA (CA Inter).
- Experience: 3–4 years in accounting, auditing, or tax preparation roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools like Tally, SAP, or similar.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
