Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of gaming projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game developers, designers, artists, QA, and marketing teams.
- Track project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, keeping them informed on project updates and changes.
- Drive innovation and ensure projects adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with external vendors, publishers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate project success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement for future projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Game Design,



Project Management, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus.
- 8–10 years of experience in program or project management within the gaming industry.
- Solid understanding of game development processes, pipelines, and tools.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex gaming projects from concept to launch.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with emerging gaming technologies and trends such as AR/VR, cloud gaming, or blockchain is an advantage.
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies are desirable.
