Job Title: Change Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon

Experience: 8 - 14 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Role and Responsibilities:

- Create and implement change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive plans to manage change effectively.
- Lead and coordinate change management activities across the organization.
- Ensure changes are implemented smoothly with minimal disruption to operations.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for changes.
- Address concerns and provide updates on the progress of change initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff throughout the change process.
- Develop training programs to help employees adapt to new processes and systems.
- Monitor and assess the impact of changes on employees and operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.




- Document change management processes and maintain records of change activities.
- Generate reports on the effectiveness of change initiatives and areas for improvement.
- Continuously seek ways to improve change management processes.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous change initiatives

Required Skills :

- 8+ Years of experience, having thorough knowledge on ITIL/ITSM process.
- Should have positive exposure to end to end change management flow
- Coordinate change activities across multiple teams for in-scope applications
- Deployment of changes with a back-out plan
- Post-release verification & customer feedback
