We're looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team at our hospitality establishment in Kochi, India. - Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional manner, setting the tone for their dining experience
- Provide proficient and professional food and beverage service while consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest queries, complaints, and special requests, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with informed selections
- Set up dining areas with precision,



ensuring all operating equipment, linen, and condiments are properly arranged and inspected before service
- Clear soiled chinaware, glassware, and silverware from guest tables and reset tables promptly for subsequent arrivals
- Maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all hotel departments to ensure maximum productivity, morale, and guest service
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, emergency situations, or suspicious activities to the Food and Beverage management team
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in multitasking across various service scenarios while maintaining composure under pressure
- Minimize breakage, pilferage, and spoilage through careful handling and adherence to operational standards
- Familiarize yourself with property layout, fire exits, and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and security
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices in service delivery
