Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule installation and commissioning activities and allocate manpower based on project complexity Ensure availability of tools drawings and documentation before dispatch and monitor project timelines to escalate delays Review General Arrangement GA drawings before site execution and coordinate with the Design Projects team for clarifications Communicate technical updates and modifications to clients and ensure site execution matches the approved GA Oversee complete machine installation at customer sites ensuring the Site Readiness Report is received before deputing service engineers Ensure mechanical electrical automation and process alignment monitor trial runs and stabilization until performance parameters are achieved Close punch points and pending issues ensuring complete installation of the machine in minimum time Monitor breakdown calls track service engineer movement and site visit reports and reduce repeat complaints through root cause analysis Maintain response time standards and troubleshoot problems at the customer end Ensure proper submission of Machine Commission Reports Site Visit Reports and Site Readiness Reports Maintain a centralized service database prepare monthly MIS reports and maintain the Service Dashboard and Customer Complaint Register Act as the primary escalation point for domestic customers and conduct periodic followups postinstallation Take overall responsibility for aftersales spare parts management including coordination with transporters for timely shipment Verify spare parts requests raised by service engineers and ensure proper documentation of dispatch and delivery Coordinate with the accounts department to confirm payment for spare parts has been received before dispatch Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for installation and service activities to improve efficiency and reduce installation time Eligibility Requirements Diploma BE or BTech in Mechanical Engineering At least 4 years of experience coordinating machine installation commissioning and troubleshooting Fluency in Excel Good communication skills Robust organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Project planning capability Documentation discipline Customer handling skills
