Vijayshri Packaging Limited is a leading end-to-end packaging solutions provider established in 1991. The company specializes in manufacturing Mono Cartons, Window Cartons, Liner Cartons, Litho-Laminated Cartons, Corrugated Outers, and Display Trays, serving FMCG, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, and White Goods industries with a solid focus on quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead and manage production operations, ensure achievement of production targets, maintain quality standards, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved as per quality and delivery requirements, monitoring production efficiency, productivity, and operational costs, and coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Supply Chain teams.

The Production Manager will also be responsible for implementing process improvements to reduce wastage and increase efficiency,



ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company policies, leading and developing production teams to achieve operational excellence, and preparing production reports and analyzing performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving production targets. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
