POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive IT Executive to manage and maintain the company's entire IT infrastructure — hardware,
software, network, and trading systems. Given the nature of stock broking operations, the role demands high system
uptime, robust security, and quick troubleshooting during market hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and trading terminals across office locations.
• Ensure smooth hardware-software integration and timely resolution of technical issues for all users.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure — LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and internet leased lines critical for
trading operations.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, antivirus systems, and other cybersecurity measures to protect company and
client data.
• Plan, implement, and test regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensure trading software, back-office systems, and RMS applications run without interruption during market hours.
• Coordinate with software/exchange vendors for system updates, patches, and issue resolution.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records.
• Set up and manage user access controls, passwords,



and system permissions as per company policy.
• Provide first-level IT support/helpdesk to all employees and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI/exchange cybersecurity and system audit requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Strong hands-on knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and system configuration.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices — firewall management, antivirus, data protection.
• Familiarity with trading/back-office software environments is an added advantage.
• Positive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under time-sensitive conditions.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Prior experience in an IT support/infrastructure role, preferably in BFSI or broking industry.
