Responsibilities:

- Source Home Loan & LAP business through the Open Market channel.

- Generate leads via direct sourcing, DSAs, builders, and referrals.

- Achieve sales targets and ensure smooth loan processing.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 2–6 years in Home Loan/LAP sales (Open Market).

- Team Handling: Not required.

- Solid sales and communication skills.

- Manage team performance and achieve business targets.

- Experience: 4–8 years in Home Loan/LAP sales.

- Team Handling: Mandatory.

- Strong leadership and sales skills.
