Quality Manager – Ghaziabad Plant.

QA Manager Role : Ensure quality of product as per company standards at optimal cost.

Job Responsibilites:

1. Overall responsibility to ensure Quality and Food Safety of the products produced and dispatched in the plant by controlling the entire process right form receipt of raw material to dispatch of the product as per PAPL SOPs and MTF.
2. Overall responsibility for implementing and reviewing Food Safety and Quality Management System in including FSQA mandates.
3. To ensure and comply with all the relevant statutory requirements/ compliances viz. FSSAI, W & M, FPO, PFA and PCB.
4. To ensure all the products conform to the company specifications through assurance of processes from supply chain to consumer.
5. To identify, plan document, and manage the practices, activities and resources needed to meet quality goals and objectives.
6. Responsibility for adherence to PAPL guidelines and requirements in the process of manufacturing, to ensure conformance to specifications of the finished goods leaving the plant.
7. To carry out required tests as per the MTF for the incoming raw materials, packaging materials, WTP, syrup preparation and finished product.

Direct responsibility for two-way traceability forward until consumers and backward until the raw materials.
9. Responsibility for implementation of availability of standard chemical reagents, verification of concentration and calibration program for equipment in the plant
10. Responsibility for storage condition conformation for raw materials, NABB, auxiliary material and final product.
11. Responsibility for implementation of consumer response program. Support consumer response department in handling concerns related to product integrity.
12. Responsibility for review and analyze Quality Index and to carry out root cause analysis for failures and corrective action plan.
13. Responsibility to develop and implement a Corrective Action Program, in response to HO-Quality Audit /EHS Audit/ Internal Quality Audit reports.
14. Essentially, the QA Manager has to also look after the customer complaints since it is the largest production plant for Company in North.

- Experience working with juice and carbonated drink of atleast 10 years.
- Needs to have handled customer complaints on large scale.
- Ready to relocate to Ghaziabad plant.
- Can join within 30 days.
