Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries professionally across calls, chats, and emails .

The candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and English , and should be comfortable handling customers like in a call center environment .

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
- Resolve issues related to:
- Orders
- Returns & Exchanges
- Refunds
- Delivery delays
- Provide clear and polite responses to customers
- Track and update customer issues properly
- Follow company policies while resolving cases
- Maintain quick response time (TAT)

Required Skills

- Positive spoken and written English & Hindi
- Clear communication and sentence framing




- Good call handling skills (like call centers)
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple chats at once
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel is a plus)

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Customer Support / Call Center / D2C brand
- Knowledge of returns, exchanges, and refund processes
- Familiar with platforms like Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram (bonus)
