What You'll Do

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals with excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

- Deliver an Exceptional Resident Experience: Ensure a seamless and memorable living experience for residents by addressing their needs promptly, resolving concerns efficiently, and fostering a vibrant community.
- Own Property Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Drive Occupancy & Revenue: Execute sales and retention initiatives to achieve occupancy targets, maximize revenue, and contribute to business growth.
- Manage Property P&L;: Take ownership of the property's financial performance by controlling operational costs and optimizing profitability.
- Lead Customer Service Excellence: Monitor and enhance customer service processes to consistently improve resident satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and all health and safety regulations.
- Resolve Issues Proactively: Address resident concerns and operational challenges with timely, practical, and customer-centric solutions.
- Build a Positive Community: Create a welcoming and collaborative setting for residents while supporting team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Drive Operational Efficiency:



Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and ensure smooth execution of planned and reactive operations.
- Plan & Organize Effectively: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in a five-star hotel, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing operations environment.
- Proven experience in handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
- Hands-on experience in property or hotel operations, including maintenance coordination, housekeeping, facility management, and service excellence.
- Experience in managing occupancy, guest satisfaction, or revenue-focused operations will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
