- Guide students in selecting suitable IT courses based on their interests, aptitude, and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Assess student aptitude and recommend appropriate training programs.
- Address student queries related to academics and career guidance.
- Collaborate with trainers and faculty to stay updated on curriculum and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups.
- Support the admission and enrollment process for prospective students.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and job market requirements.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage student data and track interactions.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA in Sales, Marketing, or IT Management preferred).
- Degree in Education, Psychology, IT, or a related field is an added advantage.




- Prior experience in academic counseling or student support is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT courses and career pathways.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach.
