Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, and drive growth for EV Bazaar and its partners. This is a full-time, in-office/Hybrid role.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads

Explain EV Bazaar's products and services clearly to customers

Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities

Maintain and update customer records in Zoho CRM

Build and manage strong client relationships

Coordinate with the sales team to close deals

Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets





Support growth initiatives for EV Bazaar and its partner dealerships/brands

Requirements

02 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or a similar role (freshers can apply)

Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM (or willingness to learn quickly)

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Comfortable working in-office and on phone calls for extended hours

Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Good listening and problem-solving skills
