We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our team at Shashwat Wallcare Private Limited. If you have strong proficiency in MS-Excel, excellent spoken English skills, and effective communication abilities, then this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to customers with their queries and concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences.
7. Continuously strive to improve communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
