Job Description: Alliance ManagerAbout the Role –We are looking for an experienced Alliance Manager to drive the expansion of Koenig's OEM training partnership ecosystem. The role involves identifying and onboarding new OEM/technology vendor partnerships, managing existing alliances, and implementing growth strategies that create mutual business value.Key Responsibilities· Identify, engage, and acquire new OEM training partnerships where Koenig is not currently authorized.· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM partners.· Develop and execute alliance growth strategies to increase business opportunities and revenue.· Negotiate partnership agreements and coordinate onboarding activities with OEMs and technology vendors.· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of partnerships.· Monitor market trends and identify potential partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.· Act as the primary point of contact for OEM alliance-related discussions and initiatives.· Drive alliance-led business growth through strategic planning and relationship management.· Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, decision-making,



and business outcomes.Required Skills & Experience·· 4–9 years of experience in OEM alliance development, strategic partnerships, or business development.· Proven experience in identifying, engaging, and onboarding OEM/technology vendor partnerships.· Robust understanding of partnership lifecycle management and alliance growth strategies.· Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing stakeholder relationships.· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.· Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.· Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.· AI-aware mindset with a willingness to learn and utilize AI tools to enhance business performance.Preferred Experience· Experience in training partnerships, learning services, IT training, or technology ecosystems.· Established network within OEMs, technology vendors, or certification providers would be an advantage· Prior exposure to AI tools, analytics platforms, and experience with Claude, including creating and deploying AI agents is required
