Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Admission Counselor who is passionate about guiding students and working professionals toward the right career opportunities. Key Responsibilities✅Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding IT And Non-IT training programs.✅ Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding career opportunities and training programs.✅ Understand candidates' educational backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.✅ Handle inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in counseling sessions.✅ Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement support, fee structures, and career prospects.✅ Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, seminars, webinars,



and referrals.✅ Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve enrollment targets.✅ Support students through admissions, documentation, registration, and fee collection.✅ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
