With a strong emphasis on holistic development, KISP integrates academics with arts, sports, extracurricular activities, and life skills to build well-rounded personalities.Role DescriptionThe Coordinator Primary Wing is responsible for overseeing the academic and co-curricular programs for primary grade learners, ensuring alignment with the school’s vision and curriculum standards.This full time, on-site role based in Pune City involves planning and coordinating lesson delivery, supporting teachers with instructional strategies, and monitoring classroom practices for consistency and quality.The coordinator collaborates with educators to design engaging learning experiences, organizes primary school events and activities, and ensures effective communication with families regarding learners’ progress. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing lesson plans, facilitating team meetings, mentoring teaching staff,



tracking student performance data, and implementing initiatives that support holistic development.The role also involves working closely with school leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment across the primary wing.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; formal training in primary or elementary education preferred.Background in child development and age-appropriate teaching practices for primary learners.Strong curriculum planning and classroom management abilities, with experience coordinating primary grade programs.Proficiency in student assessment, progress tracking, and using data to inform instructional decisions.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, learners, and families.Leadership and team coordination skills, including mentoring educators and managing school activities.Experience in international or progressive schools and familiarity with holistic, activity-based learning approaches is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
