Job Description

Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor Motor claims operations at the state level, including claim frequency and severity, TAT, settlement ratio, claim size, loss ratio, and end-to-end payment and reserve approvals.

Maintain robust relationships with channel partners, dealers, repairers, and ensure availability of skilled regional manpower while addressing claim issues with corrective actions.Conduct regular state-level and high-aging claim reviews, initiate IFCU investigations for admissibility and fraud, and manage approvals for high-value and repudiation cases.Drive claims data analysis for effective claim management and loss minimization, ensuring efficient team performance and timely settlements through stakeholder coordination.Ensure overall claims process excellence through continuous improvement,



legal and regulatory compliance, fair customer treatment, effective open-file reviews, and regular risk reporting to the Insurance department.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree Automobile engineering / Diploma or Degree Mechanical

engineering with experience from automobile workshop / motor insurance claim handling.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in automotive accident repairs and insurance claims management,

strong knowledge of company policies, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, robust data analysis

and modeling capability, a logical problem-solving approach, and excellent written and verbal

communication skills.
