About the role

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing expert in the Gas Analytics domain with experience in industries like Oil & Gas, Chemical, Cement, Steel, and Power industry, and with strong technical know-how, deep industry insights, and the drive to grow with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and customer interaction. This role involves promoting, selling, and supporting our range of gas analytical products to existing and prospective customers, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.

Experience Required: 7-10 years with relevant experience in Gas Analytical Domain

Qualification: B.E., B.Tech, or related field with relevant experience.

Location: Kolkata

Primary Job Responsibilities

- Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with Customers, Sales Team and Operational Teams to ensure optimal results.
- Reviewing and editing all sales materials to ensure accuracy and that our proposal aligned with the Client's objectives.
- Responsible for the sales cycle from forecasting, managing leads, converting, and delivery to payment collection.
- Analysing data collected through various marketing campaigns, channels, surveys, feedback,



and actual customer interactions to drive insights.
- Evolve, negotiate and maintain profitable portfolio and recent projects.
- Key role in following up the company's established business, along with the opening of new businesses in the assigned region.
- Ensuring 100% client satisfaction, listing customer expectations & capturing upfront in sync with service-delivery.
- Implementation of the company's marketing/sales strategies.

Required Skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders and able to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, team collaboration, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of Customers in the assigned region.
- Understanding of the different processes and challenges associated with Gas Analysis.
