yourassignments are structured for you to learn. You will graduallybegin assessing risks at larger commercial and industrialproperties. You will visit client facilities and performevaluations that will help our clients reduce risks in theirbusiness and at theirproperties.You will perform“hands-on” site assessments of physical properties including roofsand conduct evaluations which include, but are not limited to, sitewater supplies, dust hazards, chemical storage, and rack storagearrangements of clientproducts.Consultant Engineersfollow FM Engineering Standards and communicate recommendationsand/or engineering solutions to ensure client understanding. Strongcommunication, listening and relationship building skills are amust. Qualifications:Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in CivilEngineering.Workingknowledge of construction practices, project execution, andassessment of flood / wind / earthquakerisks.2–7 years of relevantwork experience with: Large EPC organizations, or Project /construction management organizations, or Engineering rolessupporting large industrial facilities, petrochemical plants, orcomplex commercial/industrialprojectsField or siteengineeringexperience.Demonstratedbusiness acumen and project leadership, with ownership ofdeliverables, cross‑functional coordination, and engineeringjudgment.Willingness totravel and engage directly with clients, project teams, and sitepersonnelStrong verbal andwritten communicationsskillsGood analytical,interpersonal, problem solvingskillsEfficient timemanagement ability to workindependentlyProventechnical capability including diverse knowledge of engineeringprinciplesProficient in MSOffice products
