What You’ll Do:

- Act as a thought partner to creators to shape and grow their existing & new bootcamps

- Own sales & marketing execution for bootcamps – drive performance and revenue

- Shape the positioning, pricing, and structure of new bootcamps (length, format, audience, outcomes)

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ops, community) to drive execution

- Manage student engagement in bootcamp communities (WhatsApp, Telegram)





- Collect and analyze data (feedback, engagement, revenue) to improve program quality

- Maintain strong relationships with creators to grow trust and long-term collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

- High ownership mindset & execution ability

- Strong communication & people skills (Hindi + English)

- Analytical & creative thinker who understands content, community, and conversion

- Passion for the creator economy, digital learning, and transformation-focused education

- Bonus: Prior experience in content-led marketing, cohort-based courses, or working with creators
