Role - BIM Intern

We are seeking a detail -oriented BIM Intern to support our digital engineering team by working on point cloud data processing and tagging activities. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in Scan -to -BIM workflows, reality capture, and digital twin development.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform tagging and classification of elements within point cloud datasets.

- Identify and label building components such as:

- Structural elements (columns, beams, slabs)

- Architectural elements (walls, doors, windows)

- MEP components (ducts, pipes, cable trays)

- Assist in organizing, cleaning, and segmenting point cloud data.





- Work with BIM and reality capture tools to:

- Align, validate, and visualize point cloud data

- Support conversion into BIM models (Scan -to -BIM workflow)

- Maintain accuracy and consistency in tagging standards.

- Collaborate with BIM modelers and engineers to ensure proper element identification.

- Document workflows, tagging standards, and quality checks.

- Support QA/QC efforts for point cloud data deliverables.
