Job Opening: Principal

Medium: English & Gujarati

Timings: 8–8.5 hours/day (Mon–Sat)

Salary: 12 LPA to 13 LPA

Role Purpose

Lead the institution’s vision, ensure academic excellence, and inspire staff through collaboration, growth, and development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and execute vision, strategy, and initiatives in alignment with management.

Oversee admissions, discipline, student progress, and parent relationships.

Ensure teaching quality and conduct staff appraisals

Maintain statutory compliances, Board exam administration, and documentation integrity.

Manage budgets, fee collection, vendor payments, and school expenses.





Build external partnerships for academics, curriculum, training, and workshops.

Represent the institution in the community and maintain standards with boards.

Mentor senior staff, resolve grievances, and uphold ethics and performance.
