Role: Support Engineer – 3D Printing & Maintenance

Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

- Operate and manage 3D Printing services for customers

- Troubleshoot & repair 3D Printers, ensuring smooth operations

- Assist customers with technical support (email, chat & calls)

- Perform basic 3D Design & modifications for printing jobs

- Optimize print settings for best output quality

- Maintain machine health and conduct routine servicing

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in 3D Printing , machine maintenance,



or technical support

- Hands-on experience with FDM/SLA 3D printers (Assembly, calibration & troubleshooting)

- Basic 3D Design skills (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar)

- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication skills to assist customers effective
