Job Description
· Overall responsible for recent process
introduction, new equipment introduction, Yield quality from start -ups.
· Responsible for process definition, critical
tools/ fixtures design and technical escalation process.
· Collaborate with Customer/Business Units on
new process development and qualification, test development and stencil design,
Process optimization.
· Support new customer RFQ,
NRE tooling,
Machine Requirements.
· Identifying BOM, NPI ECN Changes and Mass
production ECN changes.
· Support internal and external audit.
· Work with tooling suppliers for NPI tooling.
· Preparation of NPI Documents.
· Key goals to achieve:
· PASS Qualification first Time
· 100% on Time Delivery
· Zero Customer Escalation
· Minimize the Rework & Debug boards.
· Ability to Ramp in 4 weeks 20% better than
Quote.
· Reduce NPI cost and PCBA scrap.
· 6 Years to 9 years of experience in DFM/ DFA will be
add on advantage.
· Experience in
Packaging and tooling design.
